“Zane has been involved with emergency management, continuity, and security for over 18 years within the private and public sector space. He oversees AHC programs and operations. He currently attends Liberty University pursuing a PhD in Criminal Justice: Homeland Security having completed a Doctoral Certificate in Criminal Justice; has a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, and a Bachelor of Arts in Emergency and Disaster Management with an undergraduate certificate in Homeland Security. Zane is a Certified Emergency Manager (CEM), Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Master Continuity Practitioner (MCP), along with many other emergency management and security related certificates. His roles throughout his career have allowed him to write national level emergency management and continuity policies, plans, and procedures, develop comprehensive emergency plans, business continuity plans, and other resiliency materials. He has also led and coordinated hundreds of response and recovery operations of various scales and complexity to enhance community resiliency.”
